We have part two of our Stan Hansen profile on this week’s episode of right Write That Down! After recapping part one, we begin talking about Hansen winning the Triple Crown in 1989 in an unification match vs. Jumbo Tsuruta. From here, we discussed his classic 1990s run with AJPW and giving the proverbial rub to younger legends like Mitsuharu Misawa, Toshiaki Kawada and Kenta Kobashi until his retirement in 2001. Fumi also details what Hansen’s relationship with Japanese culture was like while he was in Japan, plus his grasp of the language and his astounding ability to connect with people through wrestling.
