In November 26, 1995, at the #worldwar3 PPV, #hulkhogan, #randysavage, and #sting came out to do a promo. Hogan tore off his black gear to show that the red and yellow was back. And he carried a paper newsletter in his hand, uttering the words, "Observe this, brother," an obvious shot at wrestling journalist #davemeltzer.
