Ryan Frederick and Paul Fontaine are back to go over the week that was and is to come in the world of MMA. It's a much deserved week off for the guys with no UFC show this coming week to preview so they spend a little more time going over a noteworthy UFC 278 PPV featuring Leon Edwards scoring one of the biggest knockouts in a title in UFC history over Kamaru Usman to win the welterweight title. They talk about what's next for both guys and how it compares to other comeback fights in the past. We also saw the apparent retirement of former middleweight champion Luke Rockhold after a memorable fight where he lost an unanimous decision to Paulo Costa. After discussing the PPV, they also talk about this past week's PFL show which set up the million dollar finals in October as well as the Contender Series, which saw five fighters earn UFC contracts. They close out the show by going over some big fights in the past week that have been made including a strawweight title fight in the co-main event of the MSG show in November. Ryan also has some news on the return of Jon Jones potentially later this year.
