It's time for Survivor Series, which has now become the show in which WarGames happens. Sadly, there are no elimination style tag team matches which was the original gimmick for the event going back to 1987, but the WarGames theme has added interest back into the show which was cold for so many years.
This year, it's Roman Reigns' OG Bloodline team, with an assist from CM Punk, facing off against the new Bloodline, with an assist from Bronson Reed.
Why does the OG Bloodline have to end if they lose? Why was it checkmate? No idea, but that's the story they're trying to tell.
Here's the scheduled lineup for the show:
- Men’s WarGames Match: Roman Reigns, The Usos, Sami Zayn, and CM Punk vs. New Bloodline & Bronson Reed
- Women’s WarGames Match: Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Bayley, IYO Sky & Naomi vs. Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton & Candice LeRae
- World Heavyweight Championship Match: Gunther vs. Damian Priest
- WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Bron Breakker vs. Sheamus vs. Ludwig Kaiser
- WWE United States Championship Match: LA Knight vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
We'll be back once the PLE begins.

Bianca Belair, Naomi, IYO SKY, Bayley, and Rhea Ripley Vs. Nia Jax, Candice LeRae, Tiffany Stratton, Raquel Rodriguez, and Liv Morgan
Bayley starts for the babyfaces. Nia starts for the heels. I'm guessing the reason for Nia being in early is because the babyfaces have the advantage in the match. It made for a bit of a slow and plodding first five minutes with Jax leving Bayley laying before Naomi entered.
Naomi brought in kendo stick that matched her gear. It's also her birthday. For some reason, she brought in a toilet seat as well.
LeRae was in next seemingly jumping in front of Stratton. She brought in some chairs which led to some of the worst chair shot spots you'll ever see with Nia and her targets not knowing where Nia was going to hit them. Time stood still.
Bianca was in next and stayed outside for a very long time trying to find weapons and get a table inside the ring. Nia and Tiffany teamed up to beat up some of the babyface women. Naomi gave Nia some of the softest chair shots you'll ever see.
IYO was next. She found a trash can that was painted like her ring gear. She carried it up to the top of the cage from the outside. She didn't do a dive as Candice met her up top and they did some fun spots together.
Raquel was next and she immediately grabbed a table. She didn't bring it in the ring though. She and Nia teamed up to do AOP spots with IYO and Naomi.
Rhea was in last for the babyfaces. Jax and Rodriguez were waiting for her. Rhea grabbed the table that Raquel left behind and used it to get in the ring. Raquel tried to stop her by grabbing the table but Rhea rammed it in her face. There were chair shots and toilet seat shots.
Liv is last in the ring and she went to the back stage to get a baseball bat. Rhea got her hands on Liv, but all the heels grabbed Rhea and Liv hit her with bat shots. Rhea took her own mask off for some reason. Everyone traded off hitting a big move until Nia hit the Samoan Drop on Bayley for a two count.
Stratton got to the top of the cage on one corner. IYO went to the corner where she left her garbage can. Stratton did a Senton into one ring and IYO did a moonsault into the other.
Stratton got the Money in the Bank briefcase and teased using it on Jax who was out. IYO had a fire extinguisher and extinguished Stratton and LeRae. Jax hit a leg drop on Bianca for a two count. IYO and Bayley teased conflict but were both taken out by Jax.

Jax was powerbombed through a table but nearly missed the table. Liv hit the Oblivion on Rhea on a chair. She put Rhea on a table and went to the top rope. Rhea caught her and hit the Riptide through the table to win the match. Raquel couldn't help out Liv because earlier in the match, Rhea handcuffed her to one of the turnbuckles.
Winner: Bianca Belair, Naomi, IYO SKY, Bayley, and Rhea Ripley
Shinsuke Nakamura Vs. LA Knight
Nakamura had really interesting presentation, coming to the ring with a helmet in all black and wearing smeared red making over his face.
Match started slow with Nakamura getting the upper hand. Knight had short comebacks, but Nakamura would quickly gain the upper hand again.
They were in the corner and Knight went for his leap to the top and slipped. Nakamura hit a nice suplex from the corner with Knight going ass over tea kettle. They were in between the two rings and Nakamura did an reverse DDT onto the steel that holds the two rings together. Nakamura then hit the Kinshasa to win the match.
Winner: Shinksuke Nakamura
Sheamus Vs. Ludwig Kaiser Vs. Bron Breakker
You knew that it would get to the outside quickly. Kaiser ran and hit Sheamus and then Breakker did the same thing to him but finished with a diving shoulder tackle that was ridiculously violent.
They went outside again and Kaiser and Sheamus were brawling hear the announcer's table. Breakker dove from the apron to clothesline both of them.
Sheamus grabbed Breakker from the top rope to hit the Celtic Cross for a two count. Breakker hit the two-foot Frankensteiner and then went for a spear in the corner, but Sheamus moved out of the way and Breakker ran into a chair that was propped in the corner. Sheamus hit a big boot, but Kaiser pulled out the referee.
Kaiser had Sheamus' shillelagh and beat him with it until Sheamus hit a knee for a two count. Breakker hit a spear on Kaiser and then speared Sheamus to win the match.
Winner: Bron Breakker
Damian Priest Vs. Gunther
Gunther went after Priest's left arm and Priest had to sell the left arm for the entire match. He set up a Triangle Choke as a counter. Gunther was back on offense and hit a powerbomb for a two count. Priest did a hurricanrana from the top rope, slightly different from Breakker's Frankensteiner. Then he hit the Razor's Edge for a two count. Michael Cole said that he didn't get the pin because of his left arm.
Priest went for the chokeslam, but he couldn't hold him up because of his other shoulder. Gunther locked in a kimura on the bad shoulder. Priest was on the top rope and got shoved off. He was insinuating that his shoulder went out. Finn Balor came out and stomped him. Gunther booted Balor, threw Priest back in, and put him in a choke to win the match. Priest went to sleep, but didn't tap out.
Winner: Gunther
Solo Sikoa, Tama Tanga, Tanga Loa, Jacob Fatu, and Bronson Reed Vs. Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso, CM Punk, Jey Uso, and Roman Reigns
Tama Tanga and Jey Uso started the match. Nothing really happened so they're starting slow to set up the heels advantage. Bronson Reed was next in. Jimmy Uso was in next. We get our Usos reunion.
Jacob Fatu was next. Tanga Loa was about to come out but Solo held him back and had Fatu enter. Fatu no sold a Samoan Drop and kipped back up. Punk about to come in next, but Roman blocked him and told Sami to enter. Sami ran wild until he dove onto Fatu who caught him, but Jimmy hit a super kick to drop Fatu.
Tanga Loa came in next. There's a bit of a lull in the crowd before the next Roman and Punk confrontation. Fatu hit a split legged moonsault on Jimmy. That was impressive.
Roman was about to come out of the cage, but Punk stepped out ahead of him. Fatu, Tama, and Reed were waiting for him. He grabbed a tool box to even the odds. He hit a bulldog on Fatu onto the tool box and Fatu no sold it and hit a Samoan Drop. It was Solo's turn to enter.
Solo brought a chain into the cage. Reed hit a big splash off the top onto Sami. Solo used the chain and lock to lock the door. Roman slowly walked to the cage and couldn't get in so he started climbing. Roman fought his way over the cage and in. Roman did a cross body from the cage. Roman helped all of his team up except for Punk and they faced off. Paul Heyman came out and begged them to stick together.
Roman accidentally speared Punk. Then Solo hit the spike on Roman for a two count. Fatu went to hit his step up moonsault and slipped and was selling his knee or hamstring. He got back up, but was limping. Bronson hit a super kick. He put Roman on the table and went to the top of the cage. He jumped off and Punk pulled Roman off the table just in time and Reed crashed and burned. Roman put his hand out to pull up Punk.
The Usos put Fatu on the 3D. Jimmy went to the top rope. Jey pulled out the table and put Fatu on the table. He decided to go to the top of the cage and hit a splash. The babyfaces all hit big moves on Solo. Punk hit the GTS and Reigns hit the spear to pin Solo.
Winner: Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso, CM Punk, Jey Uso, and Roman Reigns
