Bianca Belair won the women's Elimination Chamber match that had a heavy angle to kick-off the Elimination Chamber PLE.
Before the women's match even started, Jade Cargill's music played. Liv Morgan and Naomi were the two women inside the ring to start the match. Morgan was scared thinking that Cargill was upset at her. Cargill teased going after her, but instead went after a surprised Naomi and gave Naomi such a beating that she couldn't even wrestle in the match. Bianca Belair was locked inside the pod and was very upset. Naomi was determined unable to continue and was the first person eliminated in the match.

Belair was the next person in the ring and she tried to leave the cage to attend to Naomi, but couldn't.
Liv Morgan eliminated Bayley, which left four women in the match. Alexa Bliss hit the Twisted Bliss on Roxanne Perez and then pinned her. Liv Morgan rolled up Alexa Bliss to gain the fall which left Morgan and Belair as the final two. Belair finally won with the KOD to win the match.
