Brace for IMPACT: Rok-C heading to IMPACT

Women of Honor Champion Rok-C is headed to IMPACT
Rok-C heading to IMPACT
One of the many big stories to come out of ROH’s Final Battle this past Saturday is that their women’s champion appears to be IMPACT bound. Just moments after Rok-C successfully defended the Women of Honor title against Willow, she was confronted by former IMPACT Knockout’s World Champion Deonna Purazzo. Purazzo came to the ring with her IMPACT theme and was carrying the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. Deonna stated that when she defeats Mickie James to regain her title at Hard to Kill, she wants a winner take all match against Rok-C. Ian Riccaboni then plugged IMPACT on AXS Tv for Thursday nights and questioned if thats where we will be seeing Rok-C.
Rok-C just turned 20 years old in November. She is quickly becoming one of the hottest free agents in wrestling. If signed, she is an awesome pickup for IMPACT. Rok-C would continue to bolster a Knockouts division that is as deep as its ever been right now. While not booked well, the Knockouts division is much deeper than any other promotion outside the WWE in North America.
The @ringofhonor Women’s World Championship was always meant for the The #Virtuosa 👁

RIP Jimmy Rave
James Guffy, better known in TNA and ROH as Jimmy Rave, has died. Rave had many stints in TNA, beginning in 2002. He returned in 2007 and was a part of a tag team with Lance Archer (Hoyt) called the Rock and Rave Infection. The team was managed by Christy Hemme. Personally I was a big fan of his and I send my deepest sympathies to his friends and family.
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of James Guffey, otherwise known as Jimmy Rave. We offer our sincere condolences to his family & friends during this difficult time. Rave made his IMPACT debut in 2002 during The Asylum Years & became a mainstay of the X-Division. pic.twitter.com/43JId8rXuw

NEWS
- Bryan Alvarez on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio stated he presumed that EC3 and Adam Scherr were headed to IMPACT. Scherr joined EC3, and Wesly Blake at ROH’s Final Battle and appeared to have started a new faction. The group, who had an unknown fourth member attacked several members of the ROH roster. Scherr was in negotiations with IMPACT leading in to Bound for Glory but the deal fell through. Bringing in a faction that’s eerily similar to Violent by Design may not be the greatest idea if it happens.
So many surprises! 👀
Maybe more? Tune in! #FinalBattle https://t.co/KrfEyQvw2Y pic.twitter.com/NWbZ1xzMMf— ROH Wrestling (@ringofhonor) December 12, 2021
- Eddie Edwards and Jimmy Jacobs also made cameo appearances during Final Battle.
- Former ROH play by play announcer Ian Riccaboni is having a tryout with NJPW Strong. He will be calling their New Beginning USA event. IMPACT should reach out to him because he would be a massive upgrade.
- Scarlett Bordeaux told some fans at a recent virtual autograph signing that her and Killer Kross would not be going back to IMPACT. The duo left under bad circumstances so neither side would be interested.
