It’s WrestleMania 37 weekend and this year, just like last year, the show is split into two nights. We’ll have live coverage at the start the of the show.

If you want check out our WrestleMania 37 Roundtable where we dug deep on four questions surrounding the event, you can do so below.

As if this last year wasn’t bad enough, WrestleMania started in a rain delay!

Uncle Miltie McMahon welcomed the fans back to WrestleMania.

Drew McIntyre Vs Bobby Lashley

They went for the strong guy lockup to start. Drew was fighting from behind, getting some big moves in, but then selling again.

Drew went to the top for a superplex, but Lashley teeter tottered him. He sat back up and tossed Lashley off. He went for the big boot from the corner but missed. He hit three Future Shock DDTs and Lashley kicked out. Lashley took a powder and Drew did the Undertaker dive over the top rope like at WrestleMania 25, except he didn’t land on his head.

Lashley went for the full nelson, but McIntyre got out of it. McIntyre had a kimura on him, but Lashley grabbed the bottom rope to escape. McIntyre went for the Claymore, but he overheard MVP shout at Lashley and stopped and thus missed. Lashley sunk in the Hurt Lock. Sort of surprisingly, Drew taps out.

Winner: Bobby Lashley

The nWo was with Titus and Bayley ran them off. That’s not the Kevin Nash that I know.

Women’s Tag Team Turmoil

Lana & Naomi start out with Carmela & Billy Kaye. Billy Kaye just pinned Naomi. Hmm.

The next team in is Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott. Riott pinned Kaye with a senton.

Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke are next. Poor Mandy slipped on the ramp. You can sense that top rope moves are going to be hard because of the dampness from the rain. Ruby Riott won with a reversal rollup on Dana Brooke.

Natalya and Tamina are in next. Tamina hit the Superfly Splash on Ruby to win the match.

Winner Natalya & Tamina

Cesaro Vs Seth Rollins

Cesaro kept trying to set up the Giant Swing and then finally got it, but may have only gotten through about 7 revolutions. He also hit the Neutralizer. Best move for Seth was a corkscrew splash that was excellent. He also hit a Pedigree for a two.

Seth set up the Curb Stomp, but Cesaro turned it into an uppercut and then did an airplane spin on Seth. He did another Giant Swing and then hit the Neutralizer and pinned Seth. This was very nice as long as this is the beginning of a push for Cesaro.

Winner: Cesaro

The New Day Vs AJ Styles & Omos

Big E announced them out like old times.

Interesting psychology for this one. Kofi and Woods were double teaming AJ Styles to keep him away from tagging in Omos. That naturally sets up the hot tag for the heel and I’m not sure the fans knew how to react. Omos was tagged in and killed them both and pinned him with one foot on Kofi’s chest to win the tag straps.

AJ Styles & Omos

Jerry “The King” Lawler is out for commentary for the next match.

Shane McMahon Vs Braun Strowman

Braun was jumped by Elias and Ryker with a chair before the match started. Shane got to keep the chair in the ring. Braun told Shane that he was going to get these hands and instead, Shane boxed rings around him. Shane grabbed a piece of sheet metal and started hitting him with it. Shane hit the coast-to-coast drop kick on Braun.

Elias and Ryker came back out and tried to help Shane go over the top of the cage. Braun dove into the cage to knock them down. Shane found a tool box and hit Braun with it and then was over the side of the cage and on his way down, but Braun grabbed his hand and broke the cage and pulled him through. Braun might not be that dumb, but this match is.

They were both standing on top of the cage. Braun was holding onto the cable and threw Shane off the top to the mat. And then instead of walking out of the cage, Braun decided to come back into the cage and yell at Shane and stand up for folks who have ever been called stupid. He then hit Shane with the powerslam to win the match.

Winner: Braun Strowman

The Miz & John Morrison Vs Daimen Priest & Bad Bunny

Priest started the match, but the Miz goaded him into tagging in the Bunny. The Bad Bunny was doing some really good wrestling. He even did a la magistral cradle for a two count. But Miz and Morrison are the perfect team to face him. He’d make a comeback and then get cut off. And then get a comeback and get cutoff. The crowd was super into it.

He finally made the tag team to Priest. They ran wild. The Bunny helped catapult Priest to the outside and then he did a dive himself.

The Miz reversed Priest into a Skull Crushing Finale but the Bunny saved him. Priest put Miz on his shoulders and the Bunny did a dive off the top rope for a cross body and a win.

Winner: Daimen Priest & Bad Bunny

Bianca Belair Vs Sasha Banks

Bianca is a bit overwhelmed.

Bianca pressed Sasha above her head when they were both outside the ring and she walked up the steps with her. That’s a highlight.

Sasha used Bianca’s braid to get on offense. Bianca also did a suplex spot where she held Sasha for awhile and kept fighting to put her back up.

Bianca went for a 450 splash and Sasha got her knees up. Sasha slowed the match down and sort of played the heel role without playing the heel role when it came to the heat.

She hit somewhat of a Frog Splash on Bianca for a two count. She put the Bank Statement on Bianca, but Bianca rolled toward the ropes to break it up.

Bianca finally hit a 450 for a two count. She thought it was it and kind of want crazy.

Sasha went for the Backstabber and Bianca reversed it into the KOD and pinned Bianca.

Winner: Bianca Belair

That was a great showing.
