We’re live in Dallas. Stay put for our WrestleMania 32 live coverage.
Cadillac Don’s WrestleMania 32 preview is up. It’s very thorough and goes over every match, what he would like to see happen, and what he believes will happen.
He’s a little down on the card and I’m in agreement with him on a lot of it, but in slight disagreement with some; mostly his thoughts on Shane McMahon. If there’s a ticket seller for this show, it’s him.
The Rock was working late on his stuff for this show.
We’ll be back with live thoughts at the beginning of the pre-show.
We have a ton of content up from the weekend on our Facebook page, Twitter page, and Instagram page.
We’ll be back at showtime.
Oddly, they weren’t showing the preshow on the big screen in the stadium. They were showing it at the consessions.
On the preshow, Kalisto beat Ryback with the Salida del Sol.
Total Divas against Bad & Blond is the second preshow match. It wasn’t bad and they had a lot of time. Eva Marie is the female Roman Reigns. Brie won for Total Divas with the Yes lock on Naomi.
Nikki came out to cheer for her sister and they put Brie up on their shoulders while she did the Yes chant.
Lita is out to present the new Women’s title belt. It’s a white belt that looks like the WWE Heavyweight title.
Vince posted the belt on Twitter right as Lita announced it.
The Usos and the Dudley Boyz are the last of the prelims.
Usos won with a super kick on DVon. Kind of anticlimactic. Fans were more into the Dudley Boyz waiting for them to get the tables. They finally did, but the Usos turned the tables (ahem) on them and put them through the tables with splashes from the top rope. Fans live booed it as they wanted the Usos to go through the tables.
Fifth Harmony performed America The Beautiful. They were from one of the two seasons of the XFactor US and Nicole Scherzinger was their mentor. Okay, I think I know too much about them. Carry on.
Crowd live is super into Shane, Taker, Rock, Austin, and the New Day. They booed loudly when Cena’s photo came on screen.
Dolph Ziggler Vs The Miz Vs Sami Zayn Vs Stardust Vs Sin Cara Vs Zack Ryder Vs Kevin Owens
This one might be a bit hard to watch live. Thankfully, Jerry Jones built this humongous screen for all the world to use to see.
The best stunts were:
– Zayn did a dive through the space above the bridge of the ladder and over the top rope.
– Zayn dove over the bottom rope and through the corner from the outside and into a spinning DDT on Owens.
– Stardust brought out a polka-dotted ladder.
– Sin Cara was pushed off the ladder and turned it into a spring board dive to the outside.
– Ryder did an elbow from the top and onto Ziggler.
– Sin Cara was pushed off the ladder onto Stardust who was laying on a ladder on the apron.
– Zayn and Miz had shots at the belt and wee pushed off. Ryder went up and grabbed the belt.
Winner: Zack Ryder
Ryder celebrated with his dad in the ring.
Chris Jericho Vs AJ Styles
Jericho’s jacket was fantastic live.
Jericho won a very good match. It started out slow but picked up strong. Surprisingly, Jericho kicked out of the Styles Clash.
It was a game of who was going to one up the other.
Styles was outside the ring and spring boarded in, only to eat the Code Breaker.
Winner: Chris Jericho
New Day Vs League Of Nations
The New Day entered out of a box of Booty-O’s.
New Day is wearing Dragon Ball gear according to Geekdom 101.
There wasn’t much heat for the match and Sheamus pinned Xavier Woods with the big boot.
Winner: League Of Nations
Wade Barrett got in the ring on the mic and then Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, and Stone Cold came out to give them all an ass whipping.
Foley had the Socko claw on Sheamus, HBK hit Del Rio with the Sweet Chin Music, and Austin hit Rusev with the stunner. They threw Barrett in the ring and he ate everyone’s finisher.
New Day came to and wanted the legends to dance. Michaels and Foley were into it. Austin stunned Woods. Great segment.
Brock Lesnar Vs Dean Ambrose
Many people think Dean goes over here. But I think that would be a mistake.
Ambrose hit Lesnar with chairs and kendo sticks, but it didn’t matter because Brock is a beast. Dean escapeed the F-5 and hit the Dirty Deeds on him onto the chairs.
He went to get Barbie and swung and missed. Brock hit the F-5 on the chairs and won the match. Right man won.
Winner: Brock Lesnar
Becky Lynch Vs Sasha Banks Vs Charlotte
Sasha and Charlotte had tremendous entrances. Big Snoop Dogg came out and rapped to her theme music. Charlotte was wearing a Nature Boy-esque robe.
Charlotte won a very good back and forth. The psychology was a bit weird because it’s two babyfaces and a heel. But Charlotte has that competitiveness where she expects to win and is desperate to.
It was a little too fast and clunky early on but once they slowed down, it got good. There was too much hair flying around.
Sasha had Becky in the Bank Statement, but Charlotte tossed her out and put Becky in the Figure 8 and she tapped out.
Winner: Charlotte
Shane McMahon Vs The Undertaker
Shane brought his kids out with him. I have a bad feeling about this.
The Undertaker’s entrance never gets old live.
The heat for it was weird until the end. Shane was taking punishment, but then begging Taker to come at him like Rocky did to Apollo. He got his own offense in with quick strikes and baiting him. He did some awful jiu jitsu.
The big stunt was jumping off the top of the cage and onto the Undertaker, only Taker moved out of the way so Shane crashed and burned onto the announcer’s table.
He had nothing left but still told Taker to come on. Taker tombstoned him to win.
It was long and not very good in a lot of parts, but the drama was played up well.
Winner: The Undertaker
Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal
Surprise entrants were Shaq O’Neal, DDP, Tatanka, and Baron Corbin.
Shaq and Big Show were tossed over by everyone. Social Outcasts were in until near the end, but Kane and Corbin took them out.
Corbin tossed out Kane to win the match.
Winner: Baron Corbin
The main event is next.
I lied. This guy is next.
Rock announced a new attendance record of 101,763. Legit, I think they did break their own record, but there are less than 90,000 people here I’m guessing.
The Wyatt family came out and Rock said that he was ready for a match. He had his gear on underneath. He beat Erick Rowan in 6 seconds with a Rock Bottom.
The three were ready to bum rush him when John Cena returned. They beat up all of them and Rock gave Bray a People’s Elbow. Now, the main event is next.
Triple H Vs Roman Reigns
Stephanie cut a long promo to start. Triple H was mostly cheered but the crowd was tired. Reigns was booed out of the building. Loudest boos I’ve heard in quite some time live.
This was your normal Triple H championship match. Well, except Triple H used some jiu jitsu and submissions on Roman’s arm.
Whenever Reigns had something going, Triple H would stop him in his tracks. He set up the spear and Superman punch and Triple H would counter with a flying knee.
The match was slow and methodical early which did cause some fans to leave. But it wasn’t a lot. The match picked up late. Stephanie interfered and she took a spear that was intended for Triple H.
She was outside and still coming to, and gave Triple H the sledge hammer. He didn’t get to use it because Reigns hit the Superman punch and the Spear for the win.
Winner: Roman Reigns
