We have all three parts of the Countdown To UFC 183.

The most important fight of the three that the show covers is of course, the main event between Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz. Even though Diaz himself isn’t coming back from a catastrophic injury, it’s a comeback fight for both. Diaz has been away as he didn’t want to work his way back into title contention and with his nice payday from the Georges St-Pierre fight, he probably didn’t need to fight anyway.

There’s no grudge here. And because it’s Anderson Silva, there’s no disrespect from Diaz either. In fact, that probably works against this fight a bit. It’s simply a fight that was put together between two guys who aren’t in the title picture and probably don’t really want to be at this point.

The other two fights highlighted are the semi-main event between Kelvin Gastelum and Tyron Woodley and Joe Lauzon’s fight with Al Iaquinta.
