Mark Coleman pulls out of fight with Tito Ortiz at UFC 106
ARGHHHHH!!
This upsets me.
According to Titanic Dave Meltzer over at Wrestling Observer, Mark Coleman has pulled out of his co-main event fight with Tito Ortiz at UFC 106. This was scheduled to be a battle of UFC legends and now it won’t happen. They were the secondary main event, right behind Brock Lesnar’s Heavyweight defense against Shane Carwin.
No word yet as to who will replace Coleman or if Tito will even fight, but Tito did put on his twitter that Coleman “pussed out”, which made me laugh.
We will keep you updated if we find out any information about Tito, Coleman and/or UFC 106.
The UFC can make this a winnable situation. With Lesnar on the card, they are already going to do huge business; that means Ortiz’s opponent doesn’t really need to be a big name. It could be one of the many young 205’s who need exposure.
Give Tito a young buck who needs a step up in competition, and I will be happy.
I definitely don’t believe that Coleman “pussed out”, as Tito so eloquently put it. Sucks though, I was looking forward to this fight.
He didn’t say that he pussed out.
He said that he sissied out.

By the way, I disagree with JP. Tito may not beat one of those young bucks. They need to be careful with him because he’ll be dollars for at least two of his fights.
Give him Rich Franklin then. He should win that fight.
