HULK HOGAN SIGNS WITH TNA
In what could be the biggest news story in professional wrestling since the death of WCW, Hulk Hogan is preparing a huge announcement in Madison Square Garden that is scheduled to begin shortly.
Allegedly there are banners for both Spike TV and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
Yes, Hulk Hogan HAS SIGNED WITH TNA WRESTLING!
Sources say Hulk Hogan is not the only big star to sign, but the first one to be announced. TNA has acquired the biggest star in the business.

I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, for TNA’s popularity I’m sure Hogan = ratings but I seriously DO NOT want to see him wrestle. If he takes over the main event spotlight and AJ, Daniels, Joe, and Angle have to suffer, I might have to murder whoever decided to make this decision…
What’s up with the Hogan tour?
Also, I’m sure this helps them with getting their shows out overseas and it will definitely bump the first TV show rating and probably the first PPV rating, but I think if he’s scheduled full time, it’s probably a step back for the next three years.
Right people, if you had to leave this promotion in the hands of one of these two options, which would you choose?
1. Team Russo and Ferrara
2. The Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff conglomerate.
Please give reasons for your answer.
NOW GO!
I’m aware these are both terrible choices
If I needed to build one big show for 3 to 6 months, I’d go with option 2.
If I needed guys to book long term, I’d go with 1. And that’s a hard choice.
I think Joe puts Hogan in the Kokina Clutch and Hogan shakes the finger at him.
RUSSO AND FERRARA WIN!
THE DREAM TEAM!
When i asked Alan this question earlier, he came up with a pretty astute answer for a ridiculous question.
He went with Hogan and Bischoff and then noted
“my reason is actually fairly logical
if Russo is booking, his dirty paws will be on EVERYTHING. Whereas with Hogan there’s a good chance he’ll just care about his programme and not elevating anyone to main event. We could be left with Bischoff just having a load of awesome wrestlers do awesome matches in the undercard. LIke remember, his plan when he was gonna buy WCW in 2001 was to bring in all the Toryumon dudes and have them wrestle several times a show”
Well, Alan is right on the money if that’s the approach. I just don’t see the future in a lot of these young undercarders who will stay in the undercard. Hell, I’m waiting for Matt Morgan and Samoa Joe to both eat the big boot very soon.
